East coast customers may have trouble loading Slack
Issue summary:
On January 12, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:44 p.m. PST, some customers encountered degraded performance while loading Slack and some of its features. We traced the issue back to a recent code change. We reverted this change soon after and the issue was resolved.

Customers on the east coast may be experiencing trouble loading Slack, including but not limited to issues with loading the Quick Switcher, users, and profile details. Our team is investigating and we'll follow up as soon as we have more insight. We're very sorry for the disruption.
