Incident
Performance issues, including sending messages and viewing threads

Issue summary: On April 11, 2021 around 6:00 p.m. to around 7:30 p.m. PDT, some users encountered degraded performance in Slack. This included trouble sending messages, viewing threads, using search, and creating shared channel invitations. We addressed a performance issue within our infrastructure that was preventing some servers from responding to requests as expected. We then saw errors subside, and affected users could use Slack once again.
