Incident
Some users may have issues loading Slack and sending messages

Issue summary: On June 30, 2021 from around 11:45 a.m. to 12:36 p.m. PDT, some customers may have experienced issues loading the app, sending messages, and performing other actions in Slack. We noticed a spike in errors across our services and discovered that a network error in part of our infrastructure was causing this issue. Once the network issue was addressed, the error levels subsided and service returned to normal.
