Issue Summary:
On July 21, 2022 between 5:35 AM PDT and 6:12AM PDT, some customers were unable to load threads or use search.

We found that this issue was a result of a subset of our database infrastructure failing. We switched to a backup database, which resolved the issue for all affected users.

Customers should no longer be experiencing issues with threads. Apologies for any disruptions.

We're investigating the issue where threads are not loading for some users. We'll be back with another update as soon as we have more information to share.
