Unfurls and other services/integrations are degraded

A database server had problems, which caused some delay while certain jobs, such as link unfurling, had to retry. This incident is now resolved and all services should be operational again.
Features like unfurling links and other service integrations (including email, calendar, etc.) are delayed and/or slow. Our Ops team is working on resolving the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Login Problems

We stopped a job that was causing pain to our databases. Now that they've recovered, all teams should be able to log into and use Slack normally. We apologize for any inconvenience!
Users may experience problems logging into some teams. Users who are already signed in should be able to continue using Slack, though the quality of service may be degraded. Our Ops team is investigating the issue!

Login troubles on large teams

We've reverted a code change released at 9:23am PST that caused login requests to get very slow and have observed that teams are once again able to login. The change that was reverted introduced a dependency on our search infrastructure at login which was unnecessary and has now been removed.
We're investigating reports from several large customers that they are unable to login to Slack. We'll post more details here as soon as we can.
