File Serving Issue

At this point, all Slack features are fully functional, though we're investigating the state of files uploaded during the incident.
We continue to see degraded service for a subset of Slack features, while messaging continues to be unaffected.

We are experiencing degraded service for the following Slack features due to a problem with one of our underlying services:
• failed file uploads
• failed file serving
• slow URL unfurls
• slow Slackbot responses

Standard messaging is unaffected. We are continuing to investigate ways to mitigate the underlying issue.
One of our underlying services to provide file sharing is currently operating at diminished capacity. We are investigating. Standard messaging is unaffected.
