Intermittent Connectivity Issues

We've identified a memory leak in one of our services. The leak has been patched and is being deployed now.

All users are once again able to connect to Slack. We're investigating what caused Slack's web servers to fail this morning, and will take steps to prevent such failures in the future.

Disruption of Service

Between 08:38am PST and 08:47am PST Slack was serving errors for all requests to slack.com. This was caused by a code change that has now been reverted. The status.slack.com was also overloaded during this time and it may have been inaccessible.
