Outgoing email issues

We've now sorted out the email sending trouble, and all emails should be going out as expected once again. Emails you send to us also shouldn't show any errors. Thank you for sticking with us— we greatly appreciate it.
We've made some improvements to get emails moving, however you may notice some delays with password recovery, team locator, and notification emails while we continue to work on this. Sending email to us may also be delayed at this time. Thank you for bearing with us!
We're currently investigating issues with our outgoing email delivery system. Sorry for the disruption—we are working to resolve as quickly as we can. Thanks for your patience.

Degraded functionality

Things should be completely back to normal now. Thank you kindly for your patience.
We're seeing improvements across the board — unfurling, reactions, editing, Posts and threads should all be starting to get back to normal. The events API is also working as expected. We'll continue to monitor the situation but thank you very much for your patience thus far!
Temporary disruptions to our API can be expected. This may well affect apps added to your team. We're very sorry for the hassle.

We're investigating issues with core features including unfurling, emoji reactions, editing messages, Posts and threads. Our Engineering team are working on getting things back to normal as soon as possible. Please do bear with us.

Login issues on desktop apps

We've pinpointed the issue and the engineering team have put a fix in place. You should now be able to log in to teams on the desktop app using both email and password. Thanks for your patience while we worked to fix this!
There is an issue preventing users from logging in to teams on the desktop apps. The password field is unavailable but our engineering team are working on a fix as we speak. In the meantime, logins from browsers are working as normal. We're very sorry for any disruption to your day.

Connectivity issues

Things should now be back to normal – everyone should be able to reconnect to their Slack teams. Thanks for bearing with us!
Thank you for your patience! We've made some adjustments, and things are looking up with regards to connection issues. The team is still investigating, but we're aiming to give a final "all-clear" as soon as possible.
We're still trying to pin down a root cause for connection issues, the team are working on it as a matter of priority. We'll continue to monitor the situation. In the meantime, please do bear with us.
