Connection & messaging issues for some teams

Things should be back to normal now. Thank you so much for your patience!

You may still see duplicate Slackbot messages that are "only visible to you". Our team is addressing this and the issue should be resolved soon.

Things are looking up: people are able to reconnect, and we are no longer sending duplicate messages/notifications. We'll continue to monitor and post a final all-clear as soon as possible. Thanks!

Some users cannot connect to the Slack app, and for those who can, some people are receiving duplicate messages and notifications.
