ISP-specific connection issues in Canada

Thankfully, there shouldn't be any further issues with connections for those in Canada. If you run into more trouble, we'd love to hear from you. Thanks for your patience!

We've received tentative updates suggesting that most folks are now able to connect once again. If you are still having trouble connecting please let us know at feedback@slack.com.

We're hearing confirmation that those affected are generally able to reconnect by changing their local DNS servers to 8.8.8.8. We recommend this as a first course of action. If this doesn't work, or you need any help, please drop us a line.

We're confident there's no loss of service on Slack's side but that a networking issue is the cause. We're investigating workarounds with some very helpful Slack users.
