Connectivity issues for some workspaces in Europe

Affected users seem to be back up and running, so consider this case closed. As ever, if you do see any further trouble, please let us know.

We've confirmed that the issue seems to be confined to a single Internet Service Provider. We're still hearing positive noises from affected customers, but please hang tight for the formal all-clear. Thanks again.
