ISP-specific connectivity troubles (Europe)

Some people have reported success by changing their DNS setup. <u><a href="https://www.opendns.com/setupguide/">OpenDNS</a></u> and Google's <u><a href="https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/">Public DNS</a></u> are good options here. If you need any help to do this, please just <u><a href="https://my.slack.com/help/requests/new">let us know</a></u>.

Early signs indicate that this is an ISP-specific issue downstream of Slack. "Downstream" is a hand-wavy way of saying "not our fault — honest". But we wouldn't say that. Unprofessional. Anyhow — we're still investigating. Apologies again.

We're hearing reports that some people are having difficulty connecting to Slack — particularly in Europe. We're making like Kojak and getting on the case. Please bear with us. Sorry, folks.
