Connection problems

We hit a bump earlier today after an issue with an upstream service provider made some users unable to connect to Slack. Our provider fixed the problem and we're back online. Apologies for the disruption.

An upstream service provider identified and fixed an issue that prevented some customers from being able to connect to Slack. We believe that all systems are recovered, but we'll be keeping a close eye on the situation to ensure it's resolved.
