Connectivity issues for some workspaces

We come bearing good news! The team has rolled out a fix for these connectivity issues and the signs are all positive.

Please perform a refresh and then try accessing your workspace once more. If you still notice any trouble after the refresh please let us know at feedback@slack.com.

We are truly sorry for taking you away from your work. We will do all we can to prevent this from happening in the future.

We are still investigating reports though we believe the connectivity issues are related to Internet Explorer and Safari browsers as well as older versions of our desktop apps.

For those using Slack in a web browser, please clear your browser's cache and if this doesn't fix things please let us know at feedback@slack.com. For desktop app users, please check you are on the latest version release and let us know if updating doesn't help.
