We are still investigating reports though we believe the connectivity issues are related to Internet Explorer and Safari browsers as well as older versions of our desktop apps.
For those using Slack in a web browser, please clear your browser's cache and if this doesn't fix things please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org. For desktop app users, please check you are on the latest version release and let us know if updating doesn't help.
