We are continuing to work on fixing the log in troubles that are affecting some folks using a browser, as well as our Mac and Windows desktop clients. We hope to have good news to share soon.

Some folks may get stuck in a log in loop when they try signing in on the Mac or Windows desktop clients. We're actively working on the case. In the meantime, please try signing into your workspace in a browser to stay in touch with your team. Thanks for bearing with us.

Connectivity issues for some workspaces

We're happy to report that we've been able to get to the bottom of this problem. Everyone that was affected should be able to access their workspaces again. Some folks may need to refresh (Ctrl + R or Cmd + R). Thank you for bearing with us today.
