On Wednesday, August 8th, at 11:09am PT, a code change caused an error for some customers uploading images on mobile apps. Web and desktop apps were not affected by this issue, and customers could still upload images on these apps. At 12:39pm PT, we reverted the change, and customers were able to upload images again on mobile apps.
We are actively working to improve the way we test and implement new changes to ensure this does not happen again.
