Technical Summary:
At 12:11pmPT, our team received an internal alert that one server was down in our North American region. The server was back online by 12:45pmPT and an all clear was called at 1:00pmPT. Between 12:11pmPT and 12:45pmPT, a small percentage of users did not receive scheduled reminders in Slack or other scheduled messages from third party integrations. Our team has remediated the issue and has put a measure in place to make sure this does not happen again in the future.
