New Threads not showing up in the channel list on Enterprise Grid

Technical Summary:
On August 22nd at 06:48 AM (PT) we deployed a change for fetching threads that logged data in an undesired format. Addressing the formatting error caused notification failures for some customers when new threads were updated. We reverted the change and thread notifications were restored at 07:57 AM (PT). We are now working on testing and logging improvements to ensure this doesn’t happen in the future.
