On August 29th, 2018 at 08:02 AM PT we internally detected problems logging into Slack using Duo Mobile for two factor authentication. We reported the issue to Duo and Duo was able to resolve this for users. We called an all-clear at 8:31 AM PT. Slack users should be able to sign into their accounts once again.
