On August 9th between 10:54 am PST and 11:55am PST, we received reports that users were unable to connect to Slack after a small change to the web application. This caused intermittent connectivity issues with users. The change was reverted and users are able to connect again. We’re investigating the root cause, as well as making plans to ensure this doesn’t happen in the future.
