Technical Summary:
On September 30th at 5:28pm PDT, we experienced a partial delay to some background Slack tasks, such as notifications and link unfurls.

At 5:33pm PDT our engineers identified the issue and replaced the faulty server, resuming processing of the background tasks. By 5:50pm PDT, all new notifications were being delivered, and the all clear was called at 5:54pm PDT, August 10th.
