Some customers may not be able to create Posts

Technical Summary:
On October 7th at 3:43pm PT we detected a server had become unresponsive, resulting in a small number of workspaces being unable to create new Posts. The issue was resolved at 6:22pm PT when the server was restarted. We’re investigating the root cause, as well as making plans to ensure this doesn’t happen in the future.
