Connectivity troubles in Argentina

Technical Summary:
On October 16th, 2018 between 11:55 AM and 12:50 PM PDT we experienced an internet connectivity issue with an external provider. This caused some customers to be unable to connect to Slack. The issue has been resolved and connectivity has been restored.

Duo is having issues which could prevent users from authenticating into Slack

Issue Summary:

On October 16, 2018, at 8:06AM PT, we internally detected a problem with Duo Two Factor Authentication that may have prevented customers from authenticating into Slack. At 8:21AM PT, Duo posted a notice that they were investigating this issue. At 8:43AM PT, Duo resolved the issue and we called an all clear. If you have any trouble signing in to Slack, please get in touch at feedback@slack.com.
