Technical Summary:
On October 10th between 3:25am (PT) and 5:45am (PT), some customers were unable to access administration or member management functions in Slack.
A burst of traffic overloaded one of our servers and stopped it from responding. Once we identified the source, we decreased the traffic requests, and access to these functions was restored by 05:45am (PT).

We found the source of the problem with the Manage members page. We deployed a fix and the workspace administration is now working again. Thanks for your patience and apologies for the trouble.
