On October 16, 2018, at 8:06AM PT, we internally detected a problem with Duo Two Factor Authentication that may have prevented customers from authenticating into Slack. At 8:21AM PT, Duo posted a notice that they were investigating this issue. At 8:43AM PT, Duo resolved the issue and we called an all clear.
