Technical Summary:
On November 13th, 2018 between 2:29 PM (PT) and 5:39 PM (PT) customers were unable to delete private channels if they were previously converted from public channels.

We made a change at 2:29 PM (PT) that affected how we check for token types and scopes in our API in relation to private channels. This introduced a bug that prevented customers from deleting these private channels. The change was reverted at 5:39 PM (PT).

To those affected, we are truly sorry for interrupting your day and are working hard to make sure this doesn't happen again.
