We're having issues with some features including the Events API, notifications, unfurls, and threads

Technical Summary:

On November 3rd from 2:57am PT until 3:44am PT, Slack experienced an outage with one of our internal services responsible for the performance of multiple features. In particular, during this time, customers may have experienced delays with product features such as push notifications, imports, search, threads, and unfurls in Slack.

After stopping and restarting the impacted services, full functionality was restored and the issue was resolved at 3:59am PT.
