On November 29th at 9:03am PT, we made a change that restructured how we filter channels IDs during imports. This had a negative effect on the import tool, and we failed to retrieve public channel messages from the export file during Slack to Slack imports.
After identifying the problem, our team deployed a fix at 10:40pm PT. Going forward, all new imports are now working as expected. If, however, you do experience any issues, please let us know at email@example.com.
