On December 13th from 2:56pm PT until 4:57pm PT, we experienced an event that caused a significant increase in load on some of our databases. During this time, customers experienced slower-than-normal response times when searching members from their Admin pages.
To resolve the issue, we implemented a short-term fix to reduce the load on the impacted databases. Full functionality was restored by 4:57pm PT.
