On January 30 at 8:40 PM PST, we internally detected an issue where customers were unable to sign into the Android app through Single Sign-On. Upon investigation, we determined that the issue was related to a recent browser release. On February 1 at 3:29 PM PST, we implemented a fix, so all customers should now be able to sign into Slack on their Android devices. If you are still having trouble, please let us know at email@example.com.

We believe to have narrowed the issue down to users on Chrome version 72. We do however have a workaround for the meantime. If you’re facing this problem, please try the following steps:
1. Open a mobile web browser and navigate to your workspace URL
2. Tap 'Sign in with [your identity provider]'
3. Enter your username and password, then sign in
4. Once signed in, tap 'Open Slack' under 'Have the app already?' to launch your workspace
