From 6:24PM to 6:46PM PT, some customers were not able to complete search requests in Slack.
An internal proxy server that was stuck caused the search service to get caught in a bad state, resulting in customers being unable to search in Slack.
We restarted the service, which fixed searches for all customers. The all clear was called at 6:46PM PT.
