Domain-based workspace signup is failing for all customers

Issue Summary:

On March 5th at 2:28 PM PT we removed a feature flag aimed at improving the signup experience. Unfortunately, this introduced a bug in our signup flow which caused domain-based signup to fail for all users. At 2:51 PM PT, we began receiving customer reports of this issue. By 6:02 PM PT, we had identified the bug and reverted the change, which restored full functionality to domain-based signup mode.

We’re still working on getting to the bottom of this. In the meantime, you should be able to join a workspace or invite people to a workspace by using a direct invite.
