On March 12th around 5:30 PM PST, we became aware of an issue where users added to new channels were not able to view the list of members within that channel.
This was due to a caching bug discovered by our engineering team, who deployed a fix for this at 8:30 PM PST on March 13th. We've determined the root cause of this issue and made further changes to ensure this doesn't happen again. Please let us know if you require further assistance through email@example.com.

On March 12 at 9:48 AM PDT, we rolled out a change that caused the Org Dashboard to stop loading for Enterprise Grid customers. As a result, Org Admins and Owners were unable to make administrative changes. After investigating the problem, we reverted the change, which successfully returned functionality of this page at 11:44 AM PDT.
