Some people are having trouble connecting to Slack

Issue Summary:

On April 6th at 2:17 PM PDT, a database degraded, which caused some customers to experience trouble connecting to Slack. By 4:44 PM PDT, we had identified the root cause of the issue and our team deployed a change to restore the database, allowing services to recover. Services were fully restored by 5:29 PM PDT.

Our team is investigating the root cause and working to ensure this doesn’t happen in the future.
