Issue Summary:

At 12:54am PT on April 12th, we deployed a change which introduced an issue where Enterprise Grid users were unable to invite members to shared private channels. Our engineers identified the problem and pushed out a fix.

Everything should be working normally again now with invitations to private shared channels on Enterprise Grid.

We're still looking into the issues with invitations to private shared channels. We don't have any new information just yet, but we'll keep you posted.

Some of our Enterprise Grid customers are having trouble inviting their members to private shared channels. We're currently investigating and will keep you posted. Sorry for the disruption.
