Issue Summary:

On April 29, 2019, from 10:20 AM PDT to 1:23 PM PDT, a code change caused a small percentage of iOS notifications to fail to send. Upon receiving customer reports, we investigated the issue and reverted the code change. The issue was fully resolved by 1:24 PM PDT.
