On April 17th at 1:11 AM PT it was reported that customers were unable to install apps approved from the App Management page. This was caused by a change made on the App Management page at April 11th 2:32 PM PT. Once reported, our team identified the cause of the issue and began to work on a fix. This fix was deployed and full functionality was restored on April 18th at 11:16 AM PT.

We're investigating an issue where app installation requests cannot be approved from the App Management page if the workspace has the Approved Apps setting enabled. We're very sorry for the disruption, and we're working on it.
For now, App Admins can approve requests with the Slackbot notification button.
