Customers unable to perform actions through the Manage Members page on mobile

On May 9, 2019 at 4:40 p.m. PDT, a change to the way our website is formatted was released. As a result, Workspace Admins and Owners using screens less than 1185 pixels wide were unable to see and use some parts of the Manage members page. We investigated this with our team, discovered the problem and resolved the issue at 11:06 a.m. PDT on May 10.

We're still looking into the 'Manage members' page issue on mobile web browsers. For Workspace Owners/Admins, please perform these actions on a desktop browser in the meantime. We'll confirm when things are back to normal.

Some of our customers are unable to take actions on the 'Manage members' page through mobile web browsers. The 'Manage members' page is fully functional via desktop web browsers. We're currently investigating, and we'll keep you posted as soon as we have more information. We're sorry for the trouble.

Issues authenticating or installing apps to workspaces

Issue Summary:

On May 9, 2019 at 3:15 p.m. PDT we released a change, which unexpectedly prevented users from being able to authorize and install apps to their workspaces. This change was reverted, and by 5:33 p.m. PDT app authorization was working as expected once again.

We're happy to report that customers are able to authenticate and install apps to workspaces again. We apologise for the delay in getting these apps up and running.
