Some customers are unable to preview certain files in Slack

Issue Summary:

On May 22, 2019 at 3:22 p.m. PDT we released a change that unexpectedly caused previews to fail for certain types of files. The issue was identified and a fix was released shortly after, and by 11:39 p.m. PDT previews were functioning as expected once again.

If any particular files still cannot be previewed, you may need to re-upload them. Please note that affected files can still be downloaded, but the preview may not be available until re-uploaded.

We’re happy to report that file previews are up and running again. For those still experiencing issues, you may need to re-upload the affected files in order to fix the preview. We’re sorry for the trouble this caused.

Apps may not be loading properly

Android users are not able to sign in with SAML

We're seeing some positive signs that people are able to login with SAML on Android. If you're still having trouble, please let us know at feedback@slack.com.

We've noticed some log in issues with Android users who are not able to log into Slack using SAML. We're digging into the root cause, and will keep things updated as we know more.
