Some customers are unable to preview certain files in Slack

Issue Summary:

On May 22, 2019 at 3:22 p.m. PDT we released a change that unexpectedly caused previews to fail for certain types of files. The issue was identified and a fix was released shortly after, and by 11:39 p.m. PDT previews were functioning as expected once again.

If any particular files still cannot be previewed, you may need to re-upload them. Please note that affected files can still be downloaded, but the preview may not be available until re-uploaded.

We’re happy to report that file previews are up and running again. For those still experiencing issues, you may need to re-upload the affected files in order to fix the preview. We’re sorry for the trouble this caused.

Some of our customers are unable to preview certain files on our mobile and desktop apps. We're currently investigating why this is the case. Sorry for the disruption.
