On May 1st 2019 at 8:58 p.m PT, we received reports that some customers in the UAE were unable to connect to Slack. We investigated and found that a particular ISP was experiencing DNS issues, and this in turn was preventing connections to Slack. We continued to monitor the situation and by 11:58 p.m. PT all connections were re-established.
