Issue Summary:

On June 11, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. PDT a change to the search servers caused an issue where some Org Owners were unable to access the Admin Dashboard. We launched an investigation and resolved the issue on June 12, 2019 at 12:15 a.m. PDT.

We come bearing good news! All Org Owners should be able to access their Admin dashboard once more. To all those affected, we truly appreciate you sticking with us through that. We are doing all we can to prevent this from happening in future.

It appears that we were a little quick to confirm the issue had been isolated, sadly. Our changes didn't have the desired effect. Sorry for that. We'll keep you updated as we know more.
