Trouble creating Posts

Issue Summary:

On June 20, 2019 at 2:13 p.m. PDT, some users began receiving "404" errors when attempting to create new Posts. After some investigation, the root cause was traced to a particular server. Restarting this server's processes fixed the issue and normal function was restored by 6:23 p.m. PDT.

Some people may have trouble loading images

Issue Summary:

On June 20, 2019 at 12:29 p.m. PDT, a small number of servers started experiencing issues. As a result, image previews, in addition to Twitter feeds, began failing. By 3:30 p.m., the problematic servers were fixed and these features started displaying as expected.

We can confirm that only the English UK and English US help center pages are impacted by this issue, and that this only affects paid users who are logged into Slack at this time.

If you click on the 'write a message button' on our contact form and do not get redirected, please scroll down the page manually to submit form, and that should work.
