On June 26, 2019 at 7:00 a.m. PDT, we deployed a change that unintentionally caused requests to the Outlook Calendar Integration to timeout. We launched an investigation and put a fix in place at 10:13 a.m. PDT. We monitored the functionality to ensure it was working correctly again and then declared the issue fully resolved at 11:24 p.m. PDT.

On June 20, 2019, we began to receive reports that the Analytics pages were not updating to display the latest workspace data. We investigated the issue and found an overloaded server to be the cause of the issue. We restarted that server and this fixed the issue. On June 23, 2019, we identified a similar issue. We restarted the server to initiate the analytics updates. By June 27 at 8:51 p.m. PDT, all analytics data was up to date and the issue was resolved.
