On June 2, 2019 from 12:53 p.m. PDT to 4:00 p.m. PDT, a network congestion issue affected one of our email services. At 1:29 p.m., we started to receive reports from customers that emails were not arriving and launched an internal investigation. Once we established the issue was with an external provider, we monitored the situation until the issue was resolved. We called the all clear at 5:11 p.m. PDT after customers confirmed emails were arriving as expected again.
