On June 3, 2019 from 2:53 p.m. PDT to 3:24 p.m. PDT, message searches failed. We launched an investigation and identified a performance issue in part of the search infrastructure. A restart resolved the issue.
We then monitored the on-going behavior and called the all clear at 5:00 p.m. PDT.
We’re working to ensure this doesn’t happen again in the future.
