On June 3rd 2019 at 4:55 p.m. PDT, we began to incrementally roll out a small change which inadvertently resulted in some customers not being able to create workspaces.
On June 4th at 5:37 p.m. PDT, we received external reports of some customers experiencing the issue and we began to investigate. We were able to fix the workspace creation issue by rolling back the change. By June 4th 8:13 p.m. PDT customers could create workspaces again and we called the all clear.
