Apps are not installing properly on some workspaces

Thank you for your patience. We discovered we were displaying the incorrect error page to notify users who did not have the permissions to install apps. The correct error message should now be showing. This issue did not impact users who had valid permissions to install apps on their workspace.

We've found that some workspaces are having issues installing apps. We're looking into it now and will report back once we know more.
