Apps cannot rename archived channels via the API

Issue Summary:

On July 8, 2019 at 7:32 p.m. PDT, we received reports of API requests to rename channels failing for some customers. After some investigation we traced the root cause to a recent deploy and reverted it, which resolved the issue.
By July 9 at 11:42 p.m. PDT, all API requests to rename channels were successful and we were able to call the all clear.

Our engineers have pushed a fix and apps should once again be able to rename archived channels. If you're still having troubles, let us know.
