Issue Summary:

On July 11, 2019 at 9:09 a.m. PDT, an update to how we route server requests caused an unforeseen issue, whereby some customers experienced API errors or trouble sending messages. We halted the rollout of this update, and the issue was resolved at 9:35 a.m. PDT. We're holding off on further changes until we're confident we can proceed without customer impact.
